Design The restaurant design has been conceived as a haven of calm and quiet taste with its luxurious decor of polished timber flooring & wall paneling, original artworks, Hermès wallpaper, and lacquered tables. In addition khổng lồ the main dining room, a series of semi-private dining spaces & rooms are arrayed across the spacious interior, separated by vertical timber screens and offering a comfortable and discrete dining environment for small groups.

Cuisine  Included for decades among the elite of French chefs, Alain Dutourier has garnered numerous prestigious culinary awards for his original interpretations of French haute cuisine, with his flagship Parisian restaurant – Carré des Feuillants – holding two-Michelin star status. Introducing his celebrated cuisine to Asia at La Table du Chef, Chef Dutourier has created an a la carte menu that highlights the finest imported French and local Vietnamese produce, including fresh seasonal Fine De Claire oysters, French-farmed poultry such as duck, pheasants and guinea fowl, and highly-prized truffles. A 7-course Degustation menu showcases the culinary repertoire of Chef Dutournier, while a 3-course Lunch phối offers good value at VND850,000++ per person.
